Below are some common questions about BRAVA MEDIA and our CMR services. We try to keep things plain and simple and offer our best to you. If you don't find the answer to your question here please contact us, we'll be glad to help.
  1. What is a CMR (Certified Marketing Representative)
The Yellow Pages Association, an organization of publishers, marketers and suppliers responsible for producing yellow pages directories, has certified a select group of marketing companies. These companies specialize in Yellow Pages (print and online) advertising and are called Certified Marketing Representatives or CMRs. A CMR, such as Brava Media is accredited to place advertising with any yellow pages publisher in Canada, the U.S. and in international publications. Since the services of a CMR are covered by the publisher, there are no extra costs to consider.

  2. What are your fees?
Our services are free to national and regional account advertisers. We are compensated by the publishers.

  3. Do I Qualify as a National or Regional account?
If you advertise in multiple directories and in several market areas, your business may qualify as a national or regional account. Please contact us and we will walk you through the qualifiers.

  4. Why would I want to become a National or Regional account?
You would be able to streamline your yellow page buying process, access national incentive programs, and end the multiple calls you get from multiple publishers. One contact…for all your yellow page advertising.

  5. Are local buying incentives available nationally?
Local incentives are available to national clients; however national incentives are not always offered at the local level.
